Fries in Bologna?

This is stream of consciousness posts on things that tend to concern me. After successfully selling Orange wine to millennials and elderly alike and creating a 100% Agave section of Mezcal & Raicilla; I realized that I was not really selling Amaro or Carignan.

I was selling lifestyle. A perceived culture wrapped in a bottle. After delving into over 40 wine books. I took the hyperreal decision to move to the source.

Instead of selling the Mediterranean dream I would live it. Left the Hub of the Universe, Boston. I flipped a coin between the polar centers of  fundamentalism. Wine-Burgundy Vs. Food- Bologna. Luckily I ended up in the Food Capitol of Italy, Bologna.

So far this has been a blog of reviews, thoughts but hopefully some shared knowledge.
